Requirements Evaluation, Test Program Scheduling

Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle as well as the Software Testing Life Cycle

Writing Test Plan, Test cases, test scripts, Test Process Documentation

Ability to do all kinds of testing including regression, UAT, SIT, Performance etc

Should be Detail-oriented

Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude

Good oral/written communication skills

Ability to document and troubleshoot issues

Ability to do Exploratory Testing

Ability to thoroughly identify, document, and track defects

Willingness to work in a team and foster cross team coordination

Active listener

Time management skills

Flexible/Adaptable - Ability to multi-task and change directions as requirements change

Self-Motivated

Persistent - ability to voice opinion and focus on the best solution, when necessary

Ability to work independently with little or no supervision/guidance

SQL is a plus
